Run the connector rod through
the left pedal.
Once through, insert the
bolts into each side of
the connector rod.
Match left pedal with left
side by checking labels.
Tighten the bolts clockwise
against each other using the
two provided Allen Wrenches to
secure the pedals to the rower.
Adjust the angle of
the tablet holder.
Remove cardboard packaging
and zip ties from the tablet holder.
Take care NOT to cut the nylon
strap attached to the handlebar.
