Error codes
In the event of a malfunction a corresponding error code appears on the dishwasher control panel using the
LED indicators.
Code Meaning Possible cause
E1 Open door Open door during dishwasher running
E2 Water supply Water supply malfunction
E3 Water drainage Water drainage malfunction
E4 Temperature sensor Temperature sensor failure
E5 Overflow/leakage of water Overflow/leakage of water occurred
E6 Water leakage Water leakage occurred
E7 Heating element Heating malfunction
WARNING
• All repairs or adjustments including cord replacements shall be performed by an authorised service
centre! Otherwise, you run the risk of injury or loss of warranty.
• Please refer to the attached Warranty Sheet or www.ecg-electro.eu for professional service of this
product.
• Spare parts listed in EU 2019/2022 are available for 10 years.
• You can access the product database, where model information is stored (according to EU 2019/2017) by
reading the QR code on the energy label.
• If there is a water leak, close the water inlet valve and contact an authorized service center. If there is on
the floor of the dishwasher water due to overflow or leak, remove it before restarting the dishwasher.
