Time Zone
•
Auto-set time zone: This option is set as the default.
•
Manual-set time zone: Select this option if you want to set the time in a different zone. Select and
highlight the desired region/city and press OK to confirm.
In conjunction with NTP (use network time) and DST (daylight saving time), it is set automatically if you
choose to use network time (NTP).
Set time format
Choose 12-hour or 24-hour format.
Set date format
Choose one of the following options:
•
day - month - year (DD/MM/YYYYY)
•
month - day - year (MM/DD/YYYYY)
Set clock style
Choose one of the following options: Digital or Analog Clock
Daylight Saving Time (DST) setting
Switch on or off.
NTP (use network time)
The NTP protocol is designed to synchronize the device clock with the time server. By default, your radio will
sync with the time server every time you turn it on and connect to the internet. This ensures high accuracy of
the radio clock. You can switch to a different time server (see NTP server below) by entering a URL. If you don't
want to use NTP, you can select the “Do not use network time” option.
If you choose not to use NTP for clock synchronisation, highlight NTP and press OK to make the change. The
menu item Set Date & Time appears. Select it and adjust the date and time to suit your requirements.
NTP server
The NTP protocol is designed to synchronize the device clock with the time server. This shows the server used
by the radio.
Set time from DAB
Switch on or off.
Set time from FM
Switch on or off.
Language
The default language is English; you can choose another language of your preference.
Use the
v
/
V
buttons on the remote control or the Tune button
to navigate to the flagged item and press
the OK button. Highlight the desired option and press the OK button to select the desired language.
Available languages include English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Czech, Hungarian,
Slovak, Romanian, Croatian and Simplified Chinese.
DAB Setup
DAB scanning
By selecting this option you can always perform a new DAB channel scan. All current presets and channels will
be deleted.
DAB station list
Here you can see and manage the list of discovered DAB stations. You can reorder or remove any station. Go to
the station and press the
B
button. A pop-up window will appear: Move up, Move down and Delete.
