Your TV is compatible with the USB mouse. For easier and faster navigation, connect a mouse or wireless
mouse adapter to the USB port on your TV.
Some websites contain flash content. These are not supported by the browser.
Your TV does not support any Internet download processes in your web browser.
Not all sites on the internet are supported. Depending on the location, content issues may arise. In some cases,
you will not be able to play video content.
Troubleshoot connection problems
No wireless network available
•
Make sure that each firewall on your network allows wireless TV connections.
•
Try searching for wireless networks again using the Networks menu.
•
Check the modem (router). If the router works, check the modem's internet connection.
Connection is slow
For more information about the modem's internal service area, connection speed, signal quality, and other
settings, see the modem's user manual. You must have a high-speed modem connection. If the wireless network
is not working properly, try using a wired network in your home. For more information on the procedure, see
Cable Connections
. If the TV does not work with a wired connection, check the modem (router). If the router
works, check the modem's internet connection.
Interruptions during playback or slow response
In this case, try the following:
•
Keep a distance of at least three metres from microwave ovens, mobile phones, Bluetooth devices or other
WLAN-compatible devices. Try changing the active channel on the WLAN router.
Internet connection not available / Audio and video sharing not working
If the MAC address (unique identification number) of your PC or modem has been registered temporarily,
the TV may not connect to the Internet. In this case, the MAC address is verified every time you connect to
the Internet. This is a measure against unauthorised access. Because your TV has its own MAC address, your
ISP cannot verify your TV's MAC address. For this reason, you cannot connect to the TV. Contact your internet
provider and ask for information about your internet connection. It is also possible that the connection failed
because of the firewall. If you think this is causing your problem, contact your ISP. A firewall may be causing
connection problems when using the TV in Audio and Video Sharing mode or when surfing through Audio
and Video Sharing.
Invalid domain
Before sharing files in the media server program on your PC, make sure that you are logged in to the PC with
a verified username/password and that your domain is active. If the domain is invalid, it may cause problems
when viewing files in Audio and Video Sharing mode.
Using the Audio and Video Sharing network service
The Audio and Video Sharing feature uses a standard that simplifies the process of monitoring digital
electronics and is therefore suitable for use on a home network.
This standard allows you to view and play photos, music and video stored on a media server that is connected
to your home network.
Installing server software
The Audio and Video Sharing function cannot be used if the server software is not installed on the computer,
or if the required media server software is not installed on the companion device. Install the correct server
program on your computer.
Connect to a wired or wireless network

Wired/Wireless
