Door section should now be lowered over the sides until it
sits firmly and squarely onto the bottom section. Seals
must be fitted (10mm round rope) into the groove down
left and right hand sides and across the grate section to
enable the door frame to seal onto.

BAFFLE BRICK
Situate the baffle brick tabs into the indents cast with the

Sit the baffle brick into the grooves within the side sections
before fitting the top section. The flat gasket tape must be
forward toward the middle of the stove. The hinged ladder
back tape is to be adhered to the back of the baffle brick and
the top of the back panel.
H. STEEL BAFFLE ASSEMBLY
Position the steel baffle assembly with the shaped curve
pointing down and as close to the glass of the door as possible.
No fixings should be used to ensure it can be replaced without
dismantling the stove. The assembly must sit over the
vermiculite back boards.
The front of the baffle assembly (curved front) sits on the 2 pins
which are inserted into the pre drilled 6mm holes in the doors
frame, left and right.
Lift the vermiculite board up to touch the steel tubes and retain
in place with a vermiculite wedge either side with the angle iron
arms.
A25mm loose rope is tucked over the steel baffle at front and
back to ensure a seal against the Silicon Carbide baffle at the
back of the stove and to the Silicon Carbide top at the front.
