SMS SETTINGS
A user can limit remote access to a device via text message to the selected phone
numbers. When you create a list of phone numbers (max. 5), you can only control
the device using those numbers.
Available options:
•
From all:
Communication is possible with any phone number.
•
Do not accept:
Communication is impossible.
•
From selected numbers:
The communication will be possible only from the
phone numbers which are in the list. You can define up to 5 numbers.
After selecting “Allow only selected”, you can access edit field. Add numbers into the
field and then click “Add” to move the number to the table below. Place the cursor in
the line with a number and click “Delete” button to delete a number from the table.
The option “Delete all” will clean the whole table.
NOTE:
Authorisation of an incoming text message involves making comparison
between the sending number and the numbers from the table. It is allowed to enter
only a part of a number to a table, such as 1234. In such a situation, all numbers
including this sequence, such as 600123456 or 601234567 will be authorised.
NOTE:
If you use a modem integrated with OSM.Server to send a text message, then
the number of this modem must be included in the list.
