Format:
CPPARTITIONSGETOUTPUTS[= password]
Limitations:
You must know the administrator or user password. Can be executed by
ATS, administrator or user. If the command comes from ATS and was not
authorized with a code, enter the password.
Description
password is the system admiinistrator or user password
Returns a list of outputs assigned to the partition in the format
CPPARTITIONSGETOUTPUTS:P1Outputs,P2Outputs
Where P1Outputs,P2OUtputs are the bit-vectors indicating which outputs
are assigned to the first and second partition respectively. Bit 1. (counting
from 0) means the output 1.

If the specified password is incorrect

If the command was sent via open SMS
