Immediately wipe up fuel spills on your motorcycle. Fuel can
cause damage to cosmetic surfaces.
REMOVAL

See Figure 17. To remove fuel filler cap, lift tab up
and inset ignition key into lock.

Turn ignition key ¼ counterclockwise.

Lift cap off.
INSTALLATION
1.
Replace cap with tab up.
2.
Turn ignition key ¼ turn clockwise. clockwise
3.
Remove key and lower tab.
NOTE
Key cannot be removed while cap is unlocked.
FUEL FILL LEVEL
Do not fill tank above the baffle. See figure 29.
