Title
All double insulated power cables (connected to X11, X13, X14) shall be fixed to the horizontal bar frame (top or bottom
depending on cabling arrangement). The double insulation of multi conductor cables (connected to X11, X13) shall be
stripped slightly after the horizontal bar frame support to allow individual current monitoring for commissioning and
service operation.
* Cable sizing is based on the standard IEC 60364-5-52 table B.52.2 and IEC 60364-5-54 table B.54.2.
Sizing is for 70 ºC rated copper cables.
See the tightening torque for the power cable terminal from the sticker close to the terminals.
DC cables between the xStorage Compact system and external battery rack must be double insulated.
For the calculation of the size of wires and cables, local and national electrical code requirements must always
be followed.
