Pre-installation
Place the rubber gasket on the door for marking the holes on the surface of the
door. Drill the holes needed according to the instructions on the template.
4.
Sizing Spindle (to the correct length)
Easy-903 G2 is designed to fit door thickness of 40cm to 90cm. The Spindle is
for this thickness not to be changed in size.
For doors with thickness between 35-40 mm, trim the spindle accordingly, with
a pair of pliers, hacksaw or metal cutters.
Note:
1.
Be careful with the adjustment of the plier, as a wrong length can damage the
lock and warranty is voided if this occurs.
2.
If the door thickness is larger than the full length of the spindle, please
contact us or the local dealer for extra-long screws and spindles.
