Save Se ngs
You can also save your se ngs and con
fi
gura
‐
ons to your Flash Card and restore them if
your se ngs have been uninten onally
changed. To save your HMI se ngs to a Flash
Card (provided you have one installed), press
the COM Bu on from the TOP Menu to enter
the TOP.COM page (seen on right). Now, press
the Save Se ngs Bu on. You will be prompted
with “Do you want to save the HMI con
fi
gura
‐
on to
fl
ash?” Press “Yes” to save the con
fi
gu
‐
ra on se ngs.
Restore Se ngs
This allows you to restore the saved con
fi
gura on se ngs in the event that your se ngs have
been changed on the HMI. From the TOP.MENU page, press the COM Bu on to enter the
TOP.COM page. Press the Restore Se ngs Bu on. Again, you will be prompted with “Do you
want to load the HMI con
fi
gura on from
fl
ash?” Press “Yes” to load the se ngs from the
fl
ash
card. This procedure will fail if no
fl
ash card is present, or previous HMI se ngs have not been
saved to the Flash Card currently installed in the HMI.
Please note that as data is saved on your Compact Flash Card and the Card reaches its data
storage capacity, the HMI will begin overwri ng the oldest data as the newest data is saved to
the Compact Flash Card.
