Switches not responding Switch is damaged
If no response when you use some switches, the
corresponding switch is damaged, please contact
Eagle Eye
Load switch cannot be
opened, unloads
immediately after
loading
Locked by emergency or
automatic protection
Check if the machine alarms, after the exclusion of
a dangerous situation, rotate the emergency stop
switch clockwise release to unlock.
Power is 0 after loading
Testing cables are not
connected or equipment
not started
Check if the connection between load bank and
equipment under test is OK. Make sure the
equipment under test is online.
Power cannot reach the
set value
Cable not firm or voltage
problem
Check if the cables are connected properly. Check
if the voltage is in the normal range, if voltage is too
low, power will be low accordingly
Remote control has
no response
Data transmission line not
firmly connected
Re-connect data transmission line
Can’t find testing data
Data line not connected
Re-connect data transmission line
Software is not online
Communication cable is not
connected or incorrect
communication interface
settings
Re-connect data transmission line, or changing the
communication interface address settings.
