INSTALLING THE HANDLEBAR

1. Install:

• handlebar
• upper handlebar holders

•

Install the handlebar, please align the

punch

mark

and

the gap at

handlebar holder

• The upper handlebar holders should be

installed with the flange

forward

First tighten the bolt

on the rear side of

the handlebar holder, and then tighten the
bolt

on the front side.

INSTALLING THE HANDLEBAR GRIPS

1. Install:

• handlebar grips

• Before installing the handlebar grips, tempo-

rarily install the rear brake lever and front
brake lever assembly on the handlebar.

• Before applying the adhesive, wipe off

grease or oil on the handlebar surface with a
lacquer thinner.
