Proteus X LE now appears in the Synth rack and two new tracks have been added to
the bottom of the track list. (You may have to scroll down to see the new tracks.)
Make the MIDI Connection

Select the blue
MIDI Input
track by clicking on it. The MIDI Input connection
appears in the strip to the left of the MIDI tracks.

Select
E-DSP MIDI Port
as the MIDI input and select
MIDI Omni
as shown at right.
“MIDI Omni” allows Proteus X LE to receive all 16 MIDI channels. (Proteus X LE is
“multitimbral” and can assign a different preset to each of the 16 MIDI channels.)
Open Proteus X LE

Double-click on the number (or on the ProteusXLE name) to open the Proteus X LE
editor.
