Installing your car stereo

Buick

Regal 1984-1987

To install your car stereo:

1

Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent an accidental short circuit.

2

Remove the radio knobs and cigarette lighter.

3

Carefully unclip the radio trim bezel, then remove it.

4

Remove the hardware that secures the factory mounting brackets to the factory head 
unit. Remove and retain the brackets.

5

Go to “Completing the installation” on page 76.
