13.1 ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Your supplier can provide a service and system verification contract.
Customers without a service contract are advised to return the unit to the supplier as indicated on page
1 for service / repairs and maintenance or calibration.
13.2 EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE
Where customers require their own personnel to perform emergency maintenance, training can be
provided by Dynascan or your supplier. Only trained personnel should attempt any repair or calibration
activities.
A recommended spares list can be supplied on the customer

s request.
13.3 PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
To keep your instrument in good working order, the following routine maintenance schedule should be
observed. The intervals quoted are the minimum.
13.3.1 GENERAL
Replace the pack sub
-
plate and pressure plate mats if they become soiled.
13.3.2 WEEKLY
Clean out the test chamber as detailed in Section 12.4.1.
Check the drawer seal of the test chamber.
Check pipe to test ports for signs of chafing.
13.3.3 SIX MONTHLY
Check the instrument for vacuum integrity at the test vacuum at test port. The vacuum should not
change by +/
