HOW TO REPLACE FRONT WHEEL
1. Remove the axle cap by sliding a flat head
screwdriver along the edge of the cap and
carefully pry the cap open.
2. Use needle nose pliers to remove the split pin
in the hole of the front axle end.
3. Remove the M10 locknut with a 17 mm
socket wrench.
4. Remove the Ø12 washer.
5. Remove the wheel, then replace with a new
wheel.
6. Remount the Ø12 washer, M10 locknut and
split pin, and securely tighten the wheel.
7. Reinsert the axle cap.
NOTE
: Do not over-tighten.
IMPORTANT:
Check wheel gap (see page 10).

Disconnect power supply before conducting any maintenance
procedures.
