15. TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of hard water

In case of over-consumption of water
1) Check that valve 2 (bypass valve) is not open.
2) Check that the softener is plugged in, and that there is power
to the power outlet (no overall onoff switch).
3) Check that there are still salt tablets in the salt tank.
> Initiate a forced regeneration to see if the unit is
operating properly.
4) Significant increase in water consumption, an
additional household member
> Softener capacity insufficient in relation to water
consumption. Call the after-sales service.
5) Increase in the level of hardness at the inlet of
the softener > Insufficient softener capacity.
Call the after-sales service.
1) Check that the softener is plugged in.
2) Check that your softener is not in holiday mode.
If this is the case, the screen displays . . 04.
Press to initiate phase . . 05 (rinsing phase).
3) After checking the first two points, call the aftersales
