• Layout fl oor joists and assemble sub fl oor
frame as shown, nailing joists together
with two 90mm nails per join.

SUB FLOOR FRAME
• Position sub fl oor frame ensuring
frame is well supported, level and
diagonals are correct.
• Using 40mm screws, screw plywood
to sub fl oor frame as shown.
• Ensure timber fl oor is suffi ciently
secured down to foundation.
