- Non indossare gioielli, abiti larghi e trattenere i
capelli lunghi prima di utilizzare la macchina.
- Indossare scarpe antinfortunistiche con suola an-
tiscivolo.
- Indossare occhiali di tipo approvato e idonea pro-
tezione per il viso.
- Usare i guanti.
- Fare uso dei dispositivi di protezione dell’udito.
- Indossare ulteriori equipaggiamenti di protezione
quando necessario o quando richiesto dal datore
di lavoro, da leggi locali o dalla natura del lavoro
da eseguire.
- Consultare iI proprio responsabile per maggiori in-
formazioni.
- Mai modifi care qualsiasi componente della macchina
o le tarature e regolazioni impostate del costruttore.
1.9.a.2 - Avvertenze generali e carburante:
- Comportamento con il carburante:
- rifornire la macchina di carburante solo a motore
spento. Mai fumare o usare fi amme libere durante
il rifornimento.
- A motore caldo non rimuovere il tappo del radiatore
dell’acqua: il liquido bollente può fuoriuscire in pres-
sione dal radiatore e provocare scottature o ustioni.
- Mai rimuovere o modifi care le protezioni fi sse o mo-
bili.
Se per qualunque motivo le protezioni di sicurezza o
i carter vengono rimossi, modifi cati o se le protezioni
vengono disinserite o sono in cattive condizioni, è
obbligatorio ripristinare la loro condizione originale
prima di rimettere la macchina in funzione.
- Mai disattivare o bypassare qualsiasi spia di segna-
lazione o cicalino.
La loro condizione originale deve essere ripristinata
prima di rimettere la macchina in funzione.
- Utilizzare sempre le maniglie e le pedane per salire
e scendere dalla macchina.
Mantenere sempre tre punti di contatto con la mac-
china (ovvero due mani e un piede o una mano e due
piedi).
- Mai salire sulla macchina quando questa è in movi-
mento.
- Prima di abbandonare il sedile di guida, inserire
sempre il freno di stazionamento, arrestare il moto-
re, estrarre la chiave e aspettare l’arresto di tutti gli
organi in movimento.
1.9.a.3 - Prima dell’avviamento della macchina:
- Fare un giro intorno alla macchina per accertarsi che
tutti i suoi componenti siano in buone condizioni e
funzionanti.
- Remove jewelry, loose clothing and restrain long
hair before using sweeper.
- Wear steel-toed shoes with slip-resistant soles.
- Wear approved eye and face protection.
- Wear gloves.
- Wear hearing protection.
- Wear additional PPE as needed or when required
by your employer, local codes, or the nature of the
work.
- Check with your supervisor for further information.
- Never modify any component of the sweeper, or the
settings or calibrations set by the manufacturer.
1.9.a.2 - General warnings and fuel:
- Fuel handling:
- refuel the machine only when the engine is turned
off. Never
smoke or use open fl ames while refueling.
- When the engine is hot do not remove the cap from
the radiator: boiling liquid can erupt from the radiator
resulting in burn/scalding injuries.
- Never remove or modify fi xed or mobile shielding
guards.
If, for any reason, the shields or guards are removed,
modifi ed or if the guards are disabled or in poor
condition, they must be restored to their original
condition before restarting the ma-chine.
- Never disable or bypass any warning lights or buz-
zers.
They must be restored to their original condition
before restarting the sweeper.
- Always use handholds and steps when entering and
exiting the sweeper.
Always maintain three points of contact (i.e. two
hands and one foot or two feet and one hand) with
the sweeper.
- Never attempt to mount the sweeper when it is mo-
ving.
- Before leaving the sweeper’s seat, always engage the
parking brake and/or set the transmission to “park”,
stop the engine, remove the key, and wait for all mo-
ving parts to stop.
1.9.a.3 - Before starting the machine:
- Walk around the sweeper to insure that all compo-
nents are in good condition and operational.
