10. DUCO Ventilation APP Module (DVAM)

1.  IMPORTANT! Isolate the DucoBox Energy Premium. Connecting / removing the cable can damage the

DucoBox if this is not done! Temporarily disable mobile data (3G / 4G) on your mobile device during the
following procedure to avoid conflicts with the DUCO WiFi Router.

2.  Lift the green cover off the unit. To do this, use a screwdriver to press in the lips to the left and right of

the cover and slide the cover forwards by around 1 cm. Then lift the cover off the unit.

3.  Only if the DucoBox does not contain a Communication Print: Slide the DVAM onto the 4 buses in the

DucoBox and connect the cable to the Communication Print connector on the DucoBox PCB (see
drawing for correct connection!)

4.  Connect the DUCO Wi-Fi Router to the DVAM or Communication Print already in place.
5.  Switch the DUCO WiFi Router on (slider button on the side at ‘R’ for ‘Router’)
6.  Switch on the DucoBox.

7.  Connect your smartphone to the DUCO Wi-Fi Router via Wi-Fi. You will find the Wi-Fi name (SSID) and

password on the back of the Wi-Fi Router.

8.  Open the DUCO Ventilation App and select the right system. If the system is not shown, check whether

‘DCHP’ on the DucoBox is set to ‘ON’. Please refer to the Display Menu information sheet (L8000002)
for more information

9.  Installer password: 8630
