• Clean heating elements.
• Install the probe and probe plug assembly. Verify ground wire is
solidly connected to tank.
• Replace probe assembly gasket.
• Replace heater plate/tank gasket.
• Re-install the heater plate cover on the tank.
• Provide 60 lb-in torque for heater plate nuts during reinstallation
• Reconnect the heater electrical plug.
• Verify electrical connections:
• Verify that all DIN rail-mounted components are securely fastened to
DIN rail.
• Verify that all power terminal screws and lugs are tight from power
block to heaters.
• Verify that all plugs under the humidifier cover are completely
plugged in.
• Turn on the water supply.
• Turn on the electrical power.
3. Off-season maintenance
• Perform complete inspection and cleaning of the following:
• Heaters
• Probe rods
• Skimmer port and water seal
• Humidifier tank
• After cleaning, the humidifier should remain empty until humidification is
required.

of corroding humidifier tanks or welds. The
De-scaling Solution also cleans surfaces
unreachable by hand scraping.

only approved cleaner/de-scaler for use with
DriSteem humidifiers. Use of other cleaners/de-
scalers may void your DriSteem warranty.
