"Defrost" 

mode

45-55W  Thermostat  knob  position  "C":  Anyone  the  fan  located 

on  the  bottom  of  the  oven  causes  air  to  circulate  at  room  temperature  around  the 
food.  This  is  recommended  to  defrost  all  types  of  food,  but  in  particular  delicate 
foods,  which  do  not  require  fire,  for  example:  ice  cream  cakes,  cream  or  custard, 
and  fruit  cakes.  Using  the  fan,  the  defrost  time  is  reduced  by  half.  In  the  case  of 
meat, fish and bread, it is possible to accelerate the process using the "Bake" mode 
and adjusting the temperature to 80

The Rotisserie (only available on certain models) To start the rotisserie proceed as 
follows: • place the oven pan on the first rack; • insert the special rotisserie holder 
into the second rack and position the rotisserie by inserting it through a hole inside 
the rotisserie at the bottom of the oven; • start the grill using the "B" button to select 

the setting.

 

Finished  Cooking  Button  (I) 

(only  available  on  certain  models)  this  model  is 

equipped with a timer to control when the oven is closed during cooking. Set the "I" 
knob: Between 10 minutes and 120 minutes at the end of the programmed time, the 
timer  will  sound  and  automatically  switch  off  the  oven.  6-keys  Procedure  Batch 
Mode  Timer  (only  available  on  certain  models)  Digital  Clock  -  Time  Displayed:  (0: 
00-24: 00) and minutes. - The display shows a bright 3-digit number and "AUTO" if it 

is lit. - To adjust the correct time, first press the button

, then the + or - button to 

advance or return the figure until the exact time appears. 

Manual Operation Adjustment

 Press the button

 to remove the "AUTO" indicator. 

If  "AUTO"  is  flashing  (auto  or  semiautomatic  program  has  been  set),  press  the 
button to remove "AUTO" and then the manual operation process is on. 

Auto Adjust

 (set full start and end time) 1. Press button

, set to time for roasting; 

2.  Press  button

,  set  to  final  roast  time;  3.  Adjust  to  roasting  temperatures  and 

modes by turning the thermostat knob and selector knob. After the previous setting, 
"AUTO"  will  be  flashing,  which  means  that  the  oven  roasting  process  is  set.  For 
example: if the roasting time takes 45 minutes and you expect it to be done at 2:00 
p.m.  Press,  the  roasting  time  will  be  45  minutes.  Press,  the  roasting  time  is  set  to 
end  at  2:00  p.m.  After  the  previous  setting,  the  display  shows  the  real  time  (hour, 
minute)  and  will  be  flashing  "AUTO";  this  means  that  the  roasting  process  is  fixed 
and automatically memorized. When the clock is at 1:15 p.m. (or between 1:14 p.m. 

- 3 p.m.), the oven will start automatically.  In the roasting time

 and "AUTO" will 

always be flashing. When the clock is at 14, the roast has been made. The alarm will 

sound and "AUTO" will flash. Press the button

 and the doorbell will stop.
