Press the Automatic Sterilize/Dry Button. The appliance will beep one time and the
sterilization cycle will start.
Note: If there is not enough water added, incomplete sterilization may occur. If the unit
was not able to sterilize completely, it will beep and the indicator light will flash for one
hour. If this happens, wait 10 minutes to allow unit to cool, then add water to the
solid FILL LINE of the measuring cup (110 mL), pour the water onto the heating plate
and restart the sterilization cycle.
WARNING: DO NOT open lid or reach over the appliance while in
use, as steam will cause burns and serious injuries. DO NOT
touch hot surfaces, including lid, tray and lower rack, during or
immediately after use.
When the sterilization cycle is complete, the drying cycle will begin automatically.
The drying cycle lasts approximately 45 mins.
CAUTION: As the unit switches from the sterilization to the
drying cycle, it is expected to see a large initial release of steam
as the fan turns on. Keep a safe distance from the unit while this cycle
is in process.
When the drying cycle is complete, the appliance will beep 5 times and
switch off automatically.
