This 6015 GSR2 appliance is equipped from the factory only for use with Natural Gas and is only for use
with the type of gas indicated on the rating plate. For conversion to LP
(Propane) use a certified kit
supplied by the manufacturer

This appliance may be installed in an aftermarket, permanently located, manufactured (mobile) home where
not prohibited by local codes.
This vented gas fireplace heater is not for use with air filters. This appliance must be properly connected to
a venting system in accordance with the manufacturer
’s installation instructions. Use only approved
coaxial direct vent systems to vent this appliance to the exterior
