• For safety reasons, it is recommended that
the maintenance of this equipment be per-
formed by a dealer. Inspect the generator
regularly, and contact the nearest dealer for
parts needing repair or replacement.
Exhaust and Location Hazards
• If you start to feel sick, dizzy, or weak after
the generator has been running, move to
fresh air IMMEDIATELY. See a doctor, as
you could have carbon monoxide poison-
ing.
• NEVER run a generator indoors or in a
partly enclosed area such as garages.
• ONLY use outdoors and far away from win-
dows, doors, vents, crawl spaces and in an
area where adequate ventilation is avail-
able and will not accumulate deadly
exhaust gas.
• Using a fan or opening a door will not pro-
vide sufficient ventilation.
• Point muffler exhaust away from people
and occupied buildings.
