RECOMMENDATIONS
1 - When using soluble products
in solution, periodic dismantling
of the entire dosing assembly is
recommended (refer to:
§ CLEANING THE SUCTION VALVE,
§ REPLACING THE DOSING SEALS).
Rinse the parts of the dosing assembly
section thoroughly with clean mains
water and reassemble them, after
previously lubricating the plunger seal
with a silicone-based lubricant
(Fig.17)
.
2 - Before putting the Dosatron back
into service, remove the motor piston
and soak it in lukewarm water (< 40°C)
[< 104°F] for several hours. This helps
to remove any deposits which may
have dried onto the motor piston.

Before performing any maintenance on the Dosatron, it is
essential to read the § PRECAUTIONS.
