DISMANTLING/REASSEMBLING THE DOSING PISTON
Before performing any maintenance on the Dosatron, it
is essential to read the § PRECAUTIONS.
Before dismantling, and to avoid any contact with the
injected products, turn on the Dosatron and allow it to
draw in clean mains water in order to rinse the dosing
assembly.
- Turn off the water supply and allow the pressure to
drop to zero.
- Dismantle the dosing assembly while following the
instructions in § DISMANTLING/REASSEMBLING THE
DOSING ASSEMBLY.
Turn the dosing piston a quarter-turn anti-clockwise to
unlock it and release it from the motor piston.
-Reassemble by following these steps in reverse order.
