CAUTION

As the injection nozzle is designed to operate under
high pressure, it should be handled with care.

Always keep hands away from the fuel jet, as there is
a risk of injury. Do not inhale the atomized fuel oil. If
possible, work under an extraction system.

REMOVAL OF NOZZLE

Remove fuel injection pipe between nozzle holder
and injection pump.

Remove fuel return pipe.

Loosen the Union screw (A) of nozzle holder with
Nozzle plug socket (EI.03004-0225).

Remove nozzle holder with sealing from the cylinder
head.
