The labels to be placed are those indicated on the plan as numbers 17, 18 and 19
Verify that you have successfully performed the gas change with the following checklist:

1 Fill in the information on label 18.
2 Fill in the information on the label 19.
3 Replace the original injector with the correct one from the
GAS TABLE
4 Attach the label 17 in the correct location.
5 Attach the label 18 in the correct location.
6 Attach the label 19 in the correct location.
7 Verification of leaks.
8 Adjust the burner pressure.
9 Verification of supply pressure within specifications.
10 Drip test in the presence of gas.
11 Checking the ignition sequence
12 Checking the correct flame.
In case of valid heat demand request, ignition sequence will be started. In case of failed ignition,
controller will try to re-ignite for number of times. If no successful ignition after programmed number of
retrials, flame lockout error will be indicated. The number of ignition attempt is defined, also equal after
a reset of the burner control.
To check the ignition sequence the following steps should be followed: 1.- Load the appliance with the
fabric to dry. 2.- Choose a high temperature set point, for example maximum temperature. 3.- Start the
drying cycle. Once the drying cycle has started, the fan and drum motor will start immediately, and the
gas heater will try to ignite after 30 seconds. If after an additional 30 seconds (60 seconds in total), the
ignition has not occurred correctly, the appliance will display an alarm.
Clothes dryer input ratings are based on sea level operation and need not be changed for operation up
to 2000 ft (610 m), input ratings should be reduced at the rate of 4 percent for each 1000 ft (305 m)
above sea level.
