Type 333
This chapter describes the assembly of the cam with coupling for type 333.
You require: 2 appropriate reversible keys, 1 coupling (217397),
1 cam (218228 008), 2 security rings (202335F) for the cam,
1 security ring (202335F) for each extended side (optional), 1 pliers (263629) for the
cam, 1 pliers (261669) for the extension (optional).
Caution! The cylinder cores are not yet fixed by the security rings. If you
insert the keys, the cores can be completely removed from the body and
the pins will fall out. In this case, you must completely refill core and
body.
Ill. 18: Positioning the cores
1. Insert the appropriate reversible key
on both sides.
2. Slightly turn the keys.
3. Remove the cylinder cores until the
cores and/or the core elongations
are flush with the cylinder body on
the inside.

4. Precisely insert the coupling in the
cam.
5. Insert the cam with coupling in the
centre of the cylinder body.
6. Hold the cam so that its top side is
flush with the cylinder body and its
bottom and lateral side slightly pro-
trudes.
