Connecting up the hydraulic cylinders

➤

Position the hydraulic unit on the adjacent, non-

climbing Suspended platform '-1'.

➤

Connect the hydraulic hoses to the hydraulic unit.

➤

Route the hydraulic hoses to the hydraulic cylinders.

➤

Connect the hydraulic hoses to the hydraulic cylin-

ders.

➤

Screw the dustproofing caps of the plug and the 

socket into each other (to prevent soiling).

Instructions on dismounting the hydraulic hoses

➤

Switch off the hydraulic unit.

➤

Push the lever in the 'Lower' direction.

➤

Open the threaded couplings and immediately seal 

them with the protective caps. 
When the couplings are opened, small amounts of oil 

may leak out.

Important note:

To ensure that the hydraulic cylinders move 

smoothly in sync, there must always be iden-

tically long hydraulic hoses for each climbing 

unit!
