Preparing new guiding shoes

➤

Mount the Guiding shoes Xclimb 60 (see the section 

headed 'Anchoring on the structure').

➤

Move the pressure bolts on the guiding shoes into 

the appropriate position.

Mounting the suspended platforms to the working 

platform

➤

Attach the crane suspension tackle to the head bolts 

in the horizontal profile and on the suspension pro-

files.

➤

Lift the pre-assembled suspended platforms to the 

working platform.

➤

Bolt the vertical profiles together with D25/135 head 

bolts, and secure these with 6x42 linch pins.

➤

Detach the suspended platforms from the crane.

➤

Dismount the top head bolt from the Horizontal pro-

file Xclimb 60 2.00m.

➤

Attach a crane suspension tackle to the backstruts.
