Start-up phases

User Information 

Automatic climbing formwork Xclimb 60

2nd casting section

Mounting to the structure:

➤

Mount the Guiding shoes Xclimb 60 (see the section 

headed 'Anchoring on the structure').

Prepare all the guiding shoes

1)

Pull the safety clip out of the guide tube.

2)

Pull the guide cheeks outwards.

3)

Pivot the guide cheeks to the rear.

4)

Bolt the safety clip back into the guide tube.

➤

Move the pressure bolts on the guiding shoes into 

the appropriate position.

Fixing the working platform to the suspension 

points

➤

Attach the chains mounted on the lifting beam to the 

front and rear crane hoisting points (see the section 

headed 'Lifting by crane').

➤

Crane-lift the pre-assembled working platform and 

guide it towards the suspension points with the aid of 

tag-lines.

➤

Hang the working platform into place on the pressure 

bolts of the top guiding shoes.

➤

Use personal protective equipment to protect 

against falls (e.g. Doka personal fall-arrest set).
