Dial the other party's land-line phone
number or mobile phone number in the
same way as in Japan.

Making calls to WORLD WING users
overseas
When the other party that you are calling is
a WORLD WING user, make an international
call to Japan, even if the other party is in
the country in which you are staying.
Dial "+" and "81" (country code of Japan)
first and then dial the cell phone number
omitting the "0" at the beginning, as when
you make an international call to Japan,
because the call is routed through Japan
regardless of where the other party is.
Receiving calls while overseas
You can receive calls overseas in the same
way as when in Japan.
NOTE
When you receive a call while using the
international roaming service, the call is
forwarded internationally from Japan, regardless
of the country from which the call is made. The
caller incurs call charges for the call to Japan,
and the receiver incurs incoming call charges.
