6.3 Holiday mode
The holiday mode can be used if a fixed temperature is to be maintained for a cer-
tain period (e. g. during a holiday or a party).
Proceed as follows to activate the holiday mode:
1. Press and hold the setting wheel (E) in order to open the configuration menu.
2. Select the symbol ”
“ and confirm the selection by shortly pressing the wheel.
3. Set the “Start/End” time and date by turning the setting wheel. Confirm selec-
tion by briefly pressing in every case. Display “S” shows the start time, display
“E” the end time.
4. Turn the setting wheel in order to set the temperature to be maintained for the
defined time and confirm the selection by pressing briefly.
6.4 Operating lock
Operation on the device can be blocked to prevent unintentional changes to set-
tings, e. g. due to accidental contact. Proceed as follows to activate or deactivate
the operating lock:
1. Press and hold the setting wheel (E) in order to open the configuration menu.
2. Select the symbol ” “ and confirm the selection by shortly pressing the wheel.
3. Select “On” to activate the operating lock or “OFF” to deactivate the operating
lock. Confirm selection by pressing briefly.
