Section

This section is divided into the microscope (1) and accessories (2).

(1) Microscope

The microscope magnifies the wafer surface so that the magnified wafer surface is displayed on
the TV monitor.
Focusing is automatically achieved thanks to the auto-foucus function. The micro/macro
function is provided to permit changeover between large and small magnifications.

(2) Accessories

A micrometer type fine adjustment mechanism is used to align the microscope center line with
the blade position.
An optical fiber cord is provided to derive illumination light from the light source.
