Chuck Table Changeover Procedure

The chuck tables screw on the base. Therefore, to remove a mounted chuck table, hold its
circumference and turn the table until it comes off.
To install a chuck table, be sure to turn it into the base straight to avoid damage to the
threads.
Before chuck table installation, remove any scratches or burrs from the chuck table lower
surface and base upper surface with fine oil stone, and wipe any remaining dirt off.
