This device is intended for use by trained and licensed healthcare or senior care providers for normal,
indoor use only. The chair should be kept in a clean, dry environment. The chair should receive
frequent, regularly scheduled maintenance, including an inspection of the mechanical parts to ensure
proper operation.
Perform a safety check before each use of this device to ensure it operates smoothly and safely; do
not use this device if it appears to be damaged or not functioning properly. Never allow an individual
to use this device unless he or she has been instructed on how to safely use the device and he or
she has the physical and cognitive ability to operate the device.
