Lap Tray
The chair has a detachable lap tray that is depth adjustable. To attach the tray:
• Pull down and rotate the release pins located under the armrests. Rotating the pins will
lock them into an “open” position
(Figure 13)

• Unfold the rods from the brackets on the underside of the tray
(Figure 14)
.
• Insert the rods into the tubes located directly underneath the arm pads
(Figure 13)
.
• Once the tray is in the desired position, secure it into place by unlocking the release
pins. Ensure the tray is securely locked into place.
To remove the tray:
• Pull down and rotate the release pins located under the armrests.
• Slide the rods out from the tubes located directly underneath the arm pads.
• Once the tray is removed, fold the rods back into place on the underside of the tray.
• Rotate and release the pins back into the “closed” position.
• If the chair is equipped with a rear storage compartment, place the tray into the top
pocket of the storage compartment.

WARNING:
The chair should never be placed into a tilt position while the lap tray is in use.

WARNING:
Do not use the tray if any deformation, breakage or other defect is
discovered. The tray should be inspected regularly for any deformation, breakage,
compression, corrosion or wear.

WARNING:
The tray should be regularly cleaned and maintained to help ensure its
appearance and function.
