Target Bitrate -

CVBR (Framerate priority) -
Enable this option when users do not want any frame drop and no lower bitrate. This
feature may have limitations when the Target bitrate is set very low, and the motion area is big or the scene is very
noisy.
CVBR (Quality priority) -
Enable this option when the Target bitrate is set very low, and the motion area is big. LBR
will try to drop frames and lower the final fps to improve the quality of the output frames.
CBR -
This mode is similar to traditional security IPCAM and is not designed for LBR. It is used for comparison to the
other bitrate options.
Off -
Extension option is disabled.
SVC-T On -
The H.264, H.265 (HEVC) SVC (Scalable Video Coding) is a video compression algorithm
that enables effective and efficient transmission of video files over low bandwidth networks.
