AT Command Set Description

AT*D
This command enables the C108.1 functionality in asynchronous
mode.
This feature allows the modem to dial the number stored in
memory location N0 when DTR is raised; communication is
asynchronous. The modem hangs up the call and returns to
command mode when DTR is lowered.

*D2
= asynchronous C108.1 enabled
COMMAND: *E
This command controls the integral data compression feature of
the modem during error control connections. Infact besides
correctors there are also the relative compressors, which are
V.42bis (as compression of V.42) and MNP 5 (as compression of
MNP).

= Data compression disabled
*E1
= Data compression enabled
AT*H
This command performs the C106 (CTS) control in asynchronous
mode.
*H0
= C106 remains OFF during handshake
*H1
= C106 is normally controlled
