6 CONTROL/FAULTS
When you push on the ‘a- button’ -> you can see / check the different working
hours of the burner & engine.When the engine is working and there’s a
detection, the fan will operate (while the engine is turning). The fan will still work
-60 seconds (cooling process in the machine) at deactivation of the
engine (no fuel/or at switching off diesel engine: feedback low oil pressure).
at a fault message (temperature too high) -> fan continues to run until the
temperature has been dropped to +-80°C (non-adjustable value). When the key
contact has been turned off in case of overheating or the emergency stop has
been pushed, the next steps will happen at switching on the machine again:
• The fuel engine/diesel engine will be switched off after 3 seconds (because
temperature is still high).
• The fan starts to operate (until the machine temperature drops below 80°C) so
the engine can be restarted again.
The faults like indicated on the next page can appear (fault will be present
during 3 sec.). a fault can be canceled by turning the burner switch to position
‘0’. If the error is still present, the message will appear again and the machine
returns to malfunction (eliminate the cause). a message will appear on the
control display or the burner switch lamp remain illuminated constantly (push on
the ‘ESC’ button to remove the message) when service is necessary.
Possible disturbances - flash frequence burner switch (between the flash
frequence is a pause time provided):
• 1x alternator does not charge
• 2x Flame protection - no flame
• 3x Flame protection - after burn
• 4x no flow available (flow switch fault)
• 5x no pressure present (pressure switch fault)
• 6x Temperature inside the machine too high
• 7x oil pressure too low diesel engine (only @ diesel version) oR temperature
engine too high.
SPRAYING TOOLS
The high pressure spray gun has been carried out with a (grey) handle.
• no spraying: release the lever in the handle.
• Spraying: pressing the lever in the handle.
• Spray security: unlock the block- system from the lever.
The machine is standard provided with one or two spray lances. Mount (tighten)
also the spray lance to the spray gun via the coupling. at use of reel(s): always
unroll the reel hose(s) completely during spraying activities to ensure an optimal
performance! Check during praying regularly or the lance coupling still sits
firmly on the spray gun..
