iti) contenenti cloro (ipoclorito sodico, acido

cloridrico o muriatico, ecc.) per pulire l’appa-

recchiatura o il pavimento sotto l’apparec-

chiatura.

Non usare strumenti metallici o abrasivi per

pulire l’acciaio (es. spazzole o pagliette tipo

Scotch Brite).

incrostino l’apparecchiatura.

Pirolisi

A necessità effettuare la “pirolisi”.

Portare il forno a 400°C.

Raggiunta la temperatura, spegnere il forno e

lasciare raffreddare con la porta chiusa.

A forno freddo aspirare i residui carbonizzati.

Durante la pirolisi, spegnere la luce per

preservare le lampadine.

Pulizia e cura

Prima di effettuare operazioni di pulizia o

manutenzione, interrompere l’alimenta-

o in pressione!

Pulire quotidianamente la camera di cottura

asportando eventuali residui alimentari senza

utilizzare sostanze nocive alla salute.

Periodicamente rimuovere i mattoni refrattari

del piano cottura e aspirare i residui carboniz-

evitando l’uso di solventi o prodotti conte-

nenti sostanze abrasive o clorate.

ne elettrica e passare sulle superfici in acciaio

Do not wash the equipment using direct

water sprays; do not use products (even if

diluted) that contain chlorine (sodium hy-

pochlorite, hydrochloric or muriatic acid, etc.)

to clean the equipment or the floor under the

equipment.

Do not use metal or abrasive tools to clean the

steel (ex. brushes or scourers, such as Scotch

Brite).

Do not permit dirt, fat, food or other items to

form a crust on the equipment.

Cleaning the base bricks

Where necessary, clean base bricks.

Allow the oven to reach 400°C.

Once this temperature has been reached,

switch off the oven and, with the door closed,

allow it to cool down.

Once the oven is cool, remove the burnt residue.

Use a soft brush to sweep away residue.

During pyrolysis, turn off the light in order

to preserve bulbs.

Cleaning

Disconnect from the electricity and the gas

supply and wait for the oven to cool before

carrying out any cleaning or maintenance.

ATTENTION:

Do not clean the oven using direct water

sprays or pressure jets!

Clean the baking chamber every day, remov-

ing any food waste without using substances

harmful to health. Never use water.

Regularly remove the refractory bricks from

the cooking surface and clean the burn resi-

dues from the base.

Clean  the  exterior  parts  using  a  dry  cloth

without the use of solvents or products that

contain abrasive or chlorinated substances.

Do not clean the oven window when it is still

hot.

If the oven is not used for long periods of

time, disconnect the electrical power and use

a cloth to apply a protective layer of Vaseline

oil on the stainless steel surfaces.

All of these measures are important for

proper oven care and failure to observe

them could cause damage that is not cov-

ered by the warranty!

Pyrolyse

Führen Sie bei Bedarf die Pyrolyse durch.

Den Ofen auf 400°C erhitzen.

Bei Erreichen der Temperatur den Ofen ab-

schalten und bei geschlossener Klappe ab-

kühlen lassen.

Bei kaltem Ofen die verkohlten Reste absaugen.

Während der Pyrolyse, schalten Sie die

Glühbirnen aus, um ihre Lebensdauer zu

verlängern.

Reinigung und Wartung

Vor Reinigungs - oder Wartungsarbeiten

die Elektrizitäts- und Gasversorgung un-

terbrechen und abwarten, bis der Ofen ab-

gekühlt ist.

ACHTUNG:

Den Ofen nicht mit direktem Strahlwasser

oder Hochdruck reinigen!

Täglich den Backraum reinigen, dabei etwai-

ge Überreste von Lebensmittel ohne gesund-

heitsgefährdende Stoffe entfernen.

Regelmäßig die Schamottesteine der Back-

platte entfernen und die verkohlten Reste auf

dem Boden absaugen.

Die äußeren Teile mit einem trockenen Tuch

reinigen, dabei keine Lösungsmittel oder Pro-

dukte mit scheuernden oder chlorierten Stof-

fen verwenden.

Das Türglas nicht reinigen, solange es noch

warm ist.

Wenn der Ofen über einen längeren Zeitraum

nicht genutzt wird, von der Stromzufuhr tren-

nen und mit einem in Vaselineöl getränktem

Tuch über die Oberflächen aus Edelstahl fah-

ren, um eine Schutzschicht zu erzeugen.

Alle diese Eingriffe sind entscheidend

dafür, den guten Zustand des Ofens zu

erhalten. Eine Nichtbeachtung kann zu

Schäden führen, die nicht von der Garan-

tie gedeckt sind!
