PREPARE SAMPLES

1.

   Fill the sonication tubes with same volume of sample. 

Use  the  recommended  tubes  and  sample  volumes 

for optimal shearing efficiency. Visit our Guidelines 

folder   for more information.

2.

   Vortex and then spin your samples.

3.

   Fill all positions of the tube holder with your samples 

(or with water of same volume) and place it on the 

motorized lid.

4.

   Close  the  lid  to  start  the  run.  The  sonication  only 

starts  when  the  cover  is  closed.  The  cover  also 

prevents from any noise disturbance.
