height of the mount plate, overlap the long sills, and make

Apply welds at the top of this connection plate to join the plate
to either the long sill or the vehicle cross members.
NOTICE
•
It is essential that bolts and nuts used to mount the lift frame to the chassis, are fastened with the required torque (see values for
“shear”).
•
If you use mounting bolts not supplied by DHOLLANDIA, obtain confirmation of the required torque from your supplier and make
sure they guarantee at least an equivalent strength.
•
Check and retighten the bolts after the static and dynamic weight test performed during the PDI test

During installation, the bolts and nuts should be fastened to the proper torque, shown in these installation instructions.
•
If you use mounting bolts not supplied by DHOLLANDIA, make sure the total strength is at least equivalent as per this manual.
•
Check and retighten the bolts after static and dynamic load tests performed at the end of the installation process.
