9 Inspection items before repair request
9.1 Confirm items before requesting inspection
If abnormality is found in product, confirm following items before inspection request.

After turning on
power, both sound or
LCD screen are not
turned on

Confirm battery has been charged and connect
correctly.

If not using device for a long period of time, remove
the battery so the battery will hold the charge and
to prevent damage to your unit.
LCD screen is not
displaying after
power on sound is
heard
 While system is booted, LCD screen may not be
displayed for a while. Wait until product UI is
displayed by PC booting completion after passing
DEXCOWIN logo. If screen is not displayed after a
few minutes, contact designated A/S center.
While using (including
X-RAY exposure), if
power turns off
automatically,

Check battery residual quantity.
 This product supports automatic power turn off
function to reduce battery consumption.

When X-RAY is
working for exposure,
and exposure sound
does not go off
 Be sure to set exposure setting value before X-RAY
exposure.
 Confirm battery residual quantity, and replace with
charged battery. X-RAY exposure may not be
performed if battery level is low.

Exposure area LED
light of radiation field
adjustment device is
not out.

For radiation field LED light, if exposure button is
pressed gently, exposure button turns blue and
white LED of radiation field is lighted.
 Confirm if front of radiation field is blocked by any
light entering the device.

After above mentioned is confirmed, if abnormality
is still found, contact designated A/S center
