Removing a faulted disk drive
This procedure describes how to remove a disk drive from the DAE
Before you begin
Identify the faulted disk by the amber fault LED on the drive carrier.

About this task
Note:
Disks can be removed and replaced with the power applied to the DAE.
Procedure
1. Attach an ESD wristband to your wrist and the enclosure.
2. Pull the latch on the disk up.
3. Do one of the following:
