The output provides a text representation of each HBA port and the order in
which the shelf controllers are connected. If the replacement controller does not appear
in the map, then there is still an issue with this controller.
4. Enter the
filesys enable
command to restart the file system.

1. Return the failed or replaced part(s) to Dell EMC. Reuse the packaging from the new
part(s) and use the included prepaid waybill for shipping. Reference the RMA number on the
outside of the package.
2. Send an autosupport report from the system by entering the
autosupport send
command.
Disk Drive Replacement
This section describes how to replace a disk drive.
Identify the failed drive
Follow these steps to identify which drive failed in your system.
Procedure
1. Check the disk enclosure LEDs visible on the front panel of the shelf. Use the table to
identify the color and status.
