Power supply units

The system supports two 750 W mixed mode PSUs which are installed in the rear
panel. If two PSUs are used, they must be of the same maximum output power.

Note

Use only PSUs with the Extended Power Performance (EPP) label on the back. Mixing
PSUs from previous generations of servers can result in a PSU mismatch condition or
failure to power on.

Power supply unit indicator codes

The PSUs have an illuminated translucent handle that serves as an indicator. The
indicator shows whether power is present or a power fault has occurred.
